Moldmakers are your customers and customers always look for value. Looking throught the eyes of Lean Manufacturing one can veiw the principles of Lean. Value - Value Stream - Flow - Pull - Perfection. What is the value that you provide?
How does this value line up and work together?
How does this value flow to the customer? How can the customer Pull that value when needed? What is in place to continusouly improve the value?
Are we really focused on the "Value" to our customer? These principles are changing the way we view our customers and way we are now running our business.
